The $100 flat rate applies when the customer agrees to assist with lifting on larger TVs (56"+). We handle placement, leveling, and all hardware — we just need an extra set of hands for the heavy lift.

While We're There — Hourly Add-Ons
Shelves, pictures, or furniture assembly during the same visit — $80/hr, billed on site in 1-hour increments. Not included in the install total below.
Lifting Assistance Agreement *
I understand that for larger TVs (56"+), the $100 flat rate applies when I agree to assist with lifting during installation. The installer handles all mounting, leveling, and hardware — I just provide an extra set of hands for the heavy lift when needed.

ADVANCED INSTALLS
Most jobs are the flat $100. These two aren't — they take specialty hardware, electrical work, or both. Here's exactly what they cost.
MANTELMOUNT PULL-DOWN MOUNTS
For a TV over a fireplace. The mount pulls the TV down and out to eye level when you're watching, then swings back flush against the wall when you're done. We're a MantelMount dealer — we supply the mount and bring it to your job.

SAMSUNG FRAME TV & RECESSED BOX
The Frame only looks like art if nothing's hanging off it. A recessed box buries the One Connect box and the power behind the wall so the TV sits truly flush — no cords, no gap.

Want to buy the box yourself?
You can — it's an off-the-shelf Legrand On-Q enclosure and we'll gladly send you the link. That brings your total to $350 plus whatever you pay for it. Just know that when we supply it, we bring it to the appointment already confirmed to fit your setup, and we can modify it on the spot if the wall calls for it. Sourcing it yourself means if the wrong one shows up, or shows up late, the install waits.

SERVICE CALLS
A service call can be almost anything A/V — a receiver that stopped talking to the TV, a soundbar that needs rewiring, gear that needs to move. Tell us what's going on and we'll confirm the scope of the work — and that it's a job we can complete — before we ever confirm an appointment.

Floating shelves, gallery walls, mirrors, heavy art — anchored to the right thing for your wall so everything hangs level and stays put. Book it on its own, or add it to a TV install and we'll handle it in the same visit.

Media consoles, bookcases, desks, bed frames — flat-pack anything, assembled square and solid and set exactly where you want it. Book it standalone or fold it into your install appointment.
